REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR INCOMING ERASMUS STUDENTS

You need to fill in and send to us scanned copy by email and the original by regular post required documents:

  1. Student Application Form (Please fill the Application Form for Erasmus Students on computer, have it signed and stamped to your institution)
  2. Learning Agreement (signed and stamped by your faculty coordinator in your home institution)
  3. Five (5) photographs
  4. Copy of the passport
  5. Student document (signed and stamped by home institution)
  6. Health Insurance Certification (which is valid in Turkey)
  7. Confirmation Letter from your home university

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR OUTGOING GLOBAL EXCHANGE STUDENTS

WHO CAN APPLY?

• The students whose are undergraduate students and completed the first year can apply.

Application Requirements

• The students whose have 2.50 weighted grade average point out of 4.00.

•  The students whose succeeded(50) in FSMVU English Exam or TOEFL exam.
