Overall Strategy (2021–2027)Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University (FSMVU) is a non-profit higher education institute established in 2010 by the Republic of Turkey General Directorate of Foundations whose goal is to be at the forefront of Turkish higher education and research.
Internationalization and increasing effectiveness of education and research are key priorities of the university. Collaboration within Erasmus Projects supports the development of strong academic partnerships and mobility opportunities.
Today FSMVU hosts over 9000 students, including more than 1100 international students, supported by academic and administrative staff, libraries, laboratories and research centres.
FSMVU has established more than 330 international cooperation agreements with institutions from 82 countries worldwide.
Academic mobility programs provide students and staff with international experience, strengthen academic quality and enhance institutional capacity.
