Deadlines for Submission of Applications
Incoming Erasmus students must follow the official application periods listed below.
Fall Semester: April 15 – End of June
Spring Semester: September 1 – End of December
Required Documents
Please send a scanned copy by e-mail and the originals by regular post.
- FSMVU Application Form
- Online Learning Agreement (via learning-agreement.eu)
- Copy of your National ID
- Copy of your Passport
- Europass CV
- Student Certificate (in English)
- Transcript of Records (in English)
- Digital Biometric Photo
(Additionally, 5 printed biometric photos are required for residence permit procedures.) - Residence Permit and Insurance Form
- English Language Proficiency Certificate
- Letter of Motivation
After the online application form is submitted, the Erasmus coordinator of the relevant department and the International Programs Unit will evaluate the documents and send a Letter of Acceptance to the home university.
