1. Fatih Sultan Mehmet Foundation University students, administrative and academic staff can participate in the Football Tournament. Participation from outside the university will not be accepted.
  2. Teams will consist of a total of 8 people, 6 main and 2 reserves.
  3. Competitions will be held in two 25-minute halves.
  4. Half time in competitions is 5 minutes.
  5. Matches are played in elimination style.
  6. Teams can change as many players as they want.
  7. In case of a draw, penalty shoot-outs will be applied.
  8. Athletes who will participate in the tournament will compete on behalf of only one team during the tournament.
  9. Referee decisions must not be objected to, rival players must not be discussed in any way throughout the tournament, and athletes must act within the framework of the rules throughout the competition.
  10. Athletes who act illegally or take action during the tournament will not be able to participate in the official organizations of our University.
  11. The game rules of the Turkish Football Federation apply in the matches.

In competitions, the authority to decide on matters other than the rules written above and on issues not specified belongs to the Department of Health, Culture and Sports.
