GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Research Engineer" to be assigned to the Additive Manufacturing Production and Design unit within Fatih Sultan Mehmet Foundation University Aluminum Testing Training and Research Center (ALUTEAM).

General Qualifications:

- Have a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering fields,

- Willing to work with academic staff to improve Academy & Industry cooperation,

- Will take part in the bidding, production and documentation stages in the additive manufacturing production unit,

- Proficient in English (reading, writing and speaking),

- Prone to teamwork, with developed problem solving and communication skills,

- Strong analytical skills, researcher, innovative and creative skills in a dynamic environment,

- Able to use CAD software (such as Catia, Solidworks) and MS Office programs at a very good level,

- For male candidates, completed military service or postponed for at least 2 years.

Job Description:

Preparing production proposals in the field of additive manufacturing, planning the production process, monitoring and controlling production stages and carrying out documentation procedures. To prepare periodic reports/presentations, to conduct research to find solutions to current problems/project ideas, to be a part of various innovative projects, to work closely with field experts, to produce high-quality projects and academic publications at national and international levels.
