In the relevant letter sent by the Presidency of the Council of Higher Education, the "Road Traffic Safety 10-Year Action Plan" was prepared and entered into force within the scope of the decision taken on "Improving Global Road Safety" in order to ensure traffic safety and reduce deaths and injuries due to traffic accidents by 50% between 2011 and 2020.
